Founder & Director, Little Green Tugboat

Collaborating Behavior Analyst

Stephanie Koh, MA, BCBA, LBA, is a New York State licensed and board-certified behavior analyst and the founder of Little Green Tugboat, a behavioral services organization specializing in naturalistic, developmentally informed applied behavior analysis (ABA). She has been working with children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental differences since 1999 and has led her own ABA practice since 2015.

Stephanie’s clinical approach emphasizes naturalistic, play-based intervention that builds meaningful skills within everyday routines and relationships. Her work focuses on helping children develop social communication, play, and functional independence while supporting parents and caregivers with practical strategies that promote growth across home, school, and community settings.

Stephanie trained in applied behavior analysis at UCLA under pioneering ABA researcher Dr. Ivar Lovaas. Her work integrates foundational behavioral principles with contemporary developmental approaches to intervention, including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs).

Through Little Green Tugboat, Stephanie leads a team of BCBAs and therapists who provide behavioral consultation, parent coaching, and applied behavior analysis services for young children and their families. Her team implements individualized ABA programs under her clinical direction.

Little Green Tugboat collaborates closely with CM Psychology & Developmental Care, operating within our Tribeca clinical space to provide center-based and small-group ABA programs grounded in NDBI principles. While Little Green Tugboat functions as an independent organization, Stephanie and her team work alongside our psychologists in a shared clinical environment designed to support thoughtful coordination of care. This collaborative model allows families to access behavioral services, psychological evaluation, and developmental consultation within a unified, relationship-based setting.
