Liana EislerBA

Program Intern

Liana Eisler is a Program Intern at CM Psychology & Developmental Care. She earned her B.A. in Neuroscience and Behavior from Barnard College and is deeply committed to supporting children and adolescents as they navigate neurodevelopmental and mental health differences. Her work reflects a strong integration of developmental science, research literacy, and strengths-based care.

Liana brings experience in neuroscience and youth mental health research, having served as a research technician in the Division of Developmental Neuroscience at Columbia University Medical Center and as a research fellow in Harvard University’s Weisz Youth Mental Health Lab. Through these roles, she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based intervention research and developmental psychopathology.

In addition to her research experience, Liana has co-facilitated evidence-based social skills groups, including PEERS® and Children’s Friendship Training (CFT), for youth with autism spectrum disorder and related neurodevelopmental challenges at the Child Mind Institute. In this role, she supported the development of social communication, peer relationship skills, and practical behavioral strategies for everyday life.

At CM Psychology & Developmental Care, Liana contributes to program development and supports clinical initiatives across the practice. She is passionate about delivering research-informed, compassionate care that helps individuals build resilience, gain clarity about their strengths, and feel supported in meaningful and lasting ways.
